We use R1 Soft backup (Idera), the best backup solution for hosting. With the R1 Soft backup we keep snapshots of each file, making it possible to restore a portion of your website if necessary.
In addition to regular backups, your account is isolated from other accounts on our servers. If any of them are hacked or suffer an outage, your website will not be negatively affected.
